Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All prints are custom-made to order and made specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of these products and the fact that they must be specially ordered for each purchase, all sales are final.

In the event you place an order and immediately need to change or refund it, there is a possibility the order can be cancelled for a full refund if production has not started. Refunds are not guaranteed after payment is processed.

Once an order has been put into production (within 24 hours of order receipt) – the order is non refundable.

After receiving your print – carefully check for any physical damages to the print to ensure it has arrived to you safely. Any damages to the print that require replacement MUST BE reported immediately for replacement under shipping insurance.

In order to keep all prints accurately within “limited edition” specifications, the old print must be shipped back or destroyed to ensure numbering of each print stays consistent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

There are no exchanges on any items sold in the store, all items are unique, made to order, and considered to be custom made. Items may be exchanged for an equivalent only if they are damaged upon receipt to the buyer, which must be confirmed via photos. Buyer must let shop know about any damages to items as soon as they are received.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
